Knowing Our Environment Curriculum

Knowing Our Environment 2020

Students will experience the natural environment through engaging in practical adventures and meaningful reflections. Students will gain an understanding of their own perspectives and relationships with the natural environment. Students will also explore the different ways other people experience and understand nature, such as; a resource, for study, for recreation, for science, for agriculture and as a spiritual place. This learning branch is offered form grade 3 to grade 8. The example given below is for years 5 and 6.
